Gasquet Advances In Barcelona

Richard Gasquet has made good work of the clay court season so far. In Barcelona, he defeated Juan Ignacio Chela 2-6, 7-6, 6-4 in the first round and Blaz Kavcic today 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 to advance to the third round.
Gasquet will face Gael Monfils in an all-French third round showdown.

Bits Of Basel Day 5

Viktor Troicki swung past Richard Gasquet (above) of France, defeating him 6-4, 6-2. Vik will go on to play fellow Serb Novak Djokovic in the semifinals tomorrow.
