Nikolay Davydenko posed with Paris Saint-Germain’s sporting director at the draw for the ATP Qatar Exxonmobil Open 2012 Championships in Doha today. Kolya gave the trophy a little pet on the head, for good luck perhaps? Well, I don’t think it worked. He drew Roger Federer in the first round.

Singles semifinalists Elena Vesnina and Nikolay Davydenko were guaranteed to walk away from the 2011 Kremlin Cup with at least one trophy. Vesnina was named “Miss Kremlin Cup 2011″ while Davydenko won the “Fair Play” prize.
