Juan Martin Del Potro defeated Julien Benneteau 7-6, 6-3 to win the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament and his 14th ATP title. Even with a nosebleed as he went to serve out the match, Delpo proved too good for Benneteau, who is now 0-8 in ATP finals.

After his 6-4, 6-4 win over Grigor Dimitrov to reach the Rotterdam final, Juan Martin del Potro got rushed by some fans as he exited the court. Turns out, it was just Sesame Street’s Elmo, Ernie and Bert – who appear to be huge Delpo fans.

Juan Martin del Potro’s third round match against Jeremy Chardy had its fair share of highs and lows. In the first two sets, for Del Potro, mostly lows. He hung his head, he sought consolation from a line judge in the form of a hug. Watch!
Lleyton Hewitt defeated Juan Martin del Potro 6-1, 6-4 in 66 minutes to win the AAMI Classic at Kooyong in Melbourne. To celebrate, the Aussie posed with his trophy and his children Ava, Cruz and Mia Hewitt. Frame-worthy!

Juan Martin Del Potro defeated Andy Roddick (again) 6-4, 6-2 in the second exhibition match held in Junin, Argentina. The match was played at Cupula de la Sociedad Rural and also featured Guillermo Vilas and Jose Luis Clerc as the preliminary match.
