Tuesday at the Brasil Open, off-court training included an untraditional activity – samba lessons! David Nalbandian, Frederico Gil, Diego Junqueira, Santiago Giraldo and Daniel Gimeno-Traver attended Tom Major Samba School in Barra Funda and learned a few dance steps.
Of the group, Frederico Gil was reportedly one of the liveliest. ”I’m enjoying it very much. It’s great we’re all together, eating and dancing,” he said.
