Argentina won its Davis Cup quarterfinal tie against France after Carlos Berlocq defeated Gilles Simon 6-4, 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 in Buenos Aires. It was arguably one of the biggest wins of Berlocq’s career and he celebrated in true Berlocq fashion – ripping off his shirt a la the Hulk.

Davis Cup: Czech Team Wins Longest Doubles Match

The Czech Republic beat Switzerland in a doubles marathon lasting 7 hours 1 minute today, the longest match in Davis Cup history. Finally in the end, Tomas Berdych and Lukas Rosol claimed their 13th match point to beat Stan Wawrinka and Marco Chiudinelli 6-4, 5-7, 6-4, 6-7, 24-22. Re-live match point:

David Nalbandian and Horacio Zeballos defeated Christopher Kas and Tobias Kamke 6-1, 6-4, 5-7, 6-2 to clinch the Davis Cup tie 3-0 for Argentina over Germany.
