The biggest Davis Cup shock so far? Roger Federer has opted to play the tie with his Swiss teammates! “I always kept a tiny door open and I am glad to be here,” said Roger at the draw on Thursday. He joins Marco Chiudinelli, Michael Lammer, coach Severin Luthi and Australian Open champion Stan Wawrinka in Novi Sad to take on a Djokovic-less Team Serbia, which consists of Nenad Zimonjic, Filip Krajinovic, Ilija Bozoljac, coach Bogdan Obradovic and Dusan Lajovic.

Marija Zivlak of Women’s Tennis Blog is in Novi Sad and attended the draw, sharing these great photos with The Slice.
