On Saturday, Serena Williams will be on Centre Court at the All England Club for the Wimbledon Final wearing a white Nike dress. On Sunday night, she’ll be in a different kind of court wearing a silver Hugo Boss pantsuit as an attorney on the Lifetime show Drop Dead Diva.
“When I was younger, I thought I’d go back to school and be a lawyer, but I’m kind of excited I get to experience it a little bit behind the scenes. You get to feel a little powerful in your suit,” Serena said.
“She’s being Serena Williams as a lawyer,” the show’s star Brandy Norwood said. “We were laughing about it. I told her, ‘You know you’re really good at this. You could do this, if you wanted to, on the side.’”
