There are so many great, classic movie quotes about Paris. Audrey Hepburn as the title character in Sabrina said “Paris is always a good idea.” I think Maria Sharapova would now think so too. This evening as the sun set in Paris, Masha posed with the Coupe Suzanne Lenglen in front of the Eiffel Tower, showing love to her new trophy in the city of love.
Sharapova completed her Career Grand Slam today, a moment she said was one of the best of her career. From Paris, Je t’aime: “That was the moment I fell in love with Paris and the moment that I felt that Paris had fallen in love with me.” It’s clear Paris loves Masha and I bet the feeling is very mutual.
