Credit Suisse released their new global advertising campaign for Roger Federer yesterday under the title: “The Roger Federer World Tour 2012.” Roger’s on the road and touring the world just like any other rockstar. The difference? He has a racket.
Credit Suisse says The Roger Federer World Tour 2012 “is no ordinary campaign, with all the familiar stereotypes, portraying Roger Federer as a fiercely competitive, hugely successful athlete or smart businessman. Instead, it takes a more humorous approach, playing on the idea of the tennis genius – like a rock star – as an entertainer, on the road 320 days a year, captivating thousands of people with his prowess and the elegance of his game, in the biggest tennis arenas in the world.”
