Marc Lopez sometimes teams up with Rafael Nadal, but today he took the Masters title in Rome with his other amigo Marcel Granollers, defeating Lukasz Kubot and Janko Tipsarevic 6-3, 6-2 to win the Internazionali BNL d’Italia.
“To win the doubles with Marc is very special. He’s one of my best friends so to win with him is very nice,” said Granollers.
Despite the final not being played on center court, it still had a fantastic audience of the Nadal family – Rafael Nadal’s sister, father, mother and girlfriend (Xisca).
