Ok. I get it. Brooklyn Decker is perfect. She’s an accomplished actress (in “Battleship” and “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” this year), an even more accomplished model and – as we tennis fans all know – married to Andy Roddick. She’s on the cover of the May issue of Women’s Health and talks about Andy inside the pages.
“Being married to Andy has given me a new appreciation for my body. He’s taught me that it’s not how thin you are that matters. It’s how your body performs, how it endures wear and tear,” she said.
Speaking of Andy, Brooklyn told Daily Mail she played the waiting game when it came to dating him. “He got his agent to call my agent,” she said. “He wooed me. But it took five months until I called him back! And then that was that.”
Worth the wait! Andy got a lovely wife, but not a mixed doubles partner for the court.
“No! I don’t play at all. I figure it’s a dangerous situation to try to learn a skill from somebody you love. Stay away. Stay far, far away – leave the tennis to him.”
