Serbians in Kosovo are taking part in a historic vote today that asks them: “Do you accept the institutions of the so-called ‘Republic of Kosovo’?” Of those voting, probably 99% will say no, says The Economist.
In cities like Zvecan, where Novak Djokovic is from, one can see the world No.1’s image next to banners that say “Referendum—99%”. Reportedly every lamppost in the city has his image with this note.
