Gracias to the Valencia Open for capturing el foto del dia, this fantastic candid of Juan Monaco (aka Pico), his amigos and a very odd statue. I’m not sure what’s more guapo – Pico and his amazing hair or that statue’s provocative pose!
As for important things that happened on the court today, here are some results from the Valencia Open:
- Nikolay Davydenko upset (5) Gilles Simon 6-4, 4-6, 6-3, pretty much trashing Gilles’ chances of reaching the ATP World Tour Finals.
- Nicolas Mahut defeated Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 7-6, 6-2.
- Vasek Pospisil defeated John Isner 6-3, 3-6, 7-6.
