Photo Of The Day: So This Is Tennis

If you didn’t watch the Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray semifinal match today, you truly missed out on some of the best tennis of the year. While the shotmaking was absolutely a huge highlight, you can’t look past the final moment of the match.

The two met at the new, shook hands, and with such respect for each other, embraced.

They even said of each other after the match:

“He can do everything. He can attack well. He can volley really well. You have to all the time find solutions to play against him and to try to beat him, no? I think he’s a great champion,” Nadal said.

“I just love playing against him. As a sportsman, I don’t know if there’s been many better than him ever in terms of the way he conducts himself. I have a lot of respect for him. When I play against him, I really, really enjoy it,” Murray said.

The picture, the words, the points, the match – this is tennis.
